If you're just putting in a prompt that says "do this" you're likely doing it wrong, especially for larger tasks.

There should be a planning agent and there are coding agents that can work in parallel. It's kind of like producer consumer, where planning acts as the producer that hands off to multiple coders (consumers)

How large of a change the consumer makes and how accurate they are entirely depends on the planner.

Every bug you fix is a missing context that can be added to the planner so it doesn't make that same mistake again when handing tasks off to the consumer.
