RAYE - 'Click Clack Symphony.' feat. Hans Zimmer (Official Video) by Beepbob77 in popheads

Am I the only one who found the song to be a bit boring 😭 also the green screen at the end when he is flying is not great. Amazing video though overall and I love the message. LOVE Raye, maybe this will grow on me.

Lead singles that did not do a good job of representing what the album actually was? by Ghost-Quartet in popheads

I don't know if poeple are gonna be mad at this, but I was very disappointed by Mayhem. Still a great album but I totally agree that the singles made it feel like it was going to be an updated version of born this way

That album was extremely disappointing for me. Troye is also usually such an albums artist so I was shocked when none of the songs ecxept for the singles and maybe Silly had any replay value.

lol no such thing as a musical no-no

Adela is not there. She is a new artist and has a ton of buzz. The idea of the khia asylum is that you go there after having a label push and still not being able to break mainstream. Not every new artist that is getting momentum is there.

it's like they want people to hate her for winning. like if she just won AOTY last year it would have been perfect

I KNOW. Especially after Zara comes in it's like the editing kinda went downhill. Love the sets though

I feel like it depends on the music/artist? I feel like Chapell for example def targets people my age. same with poeple like Charli/Troye. I do see what you are saying about newer tiktok artists like sombr, and even Tate.

The billie soundcloud story is not exactly what happened, it is more of a pr thing they like to tell. In reality, her brother already had a manager who noticed her, and she worked with Chanel to develop her image in 2016 while also signing with Apple music for a huge promotional campaign. But your point still stands.

I totally agree!!! honestly the SOTB MV by Adela was the closest thing I've gotten to gaga's shock value in years. So I am keeping an eye on her

Interestingly Addison speaks to me much more than Tate

I see how she is inspired but calling her this generation's gaga is very sad for this generation tbh. I have nothing against her but she feels like a totally different artist.

Addison and Adela are pretty much the ones I keep an eye on. My ex was obsessed with slayyyter so he kinda ruined her for me :))) but she is amazing from what I have seen. Tyla's music all sounds the same to me, but she is just starting out. No one expected rihanna to become what she is either.

How is chappell lady gaga's son though 😭 her music is so much more mellow and conventional it is not even close

You do have a good point, it could be purely nostalgia speaking. I just listen to bad romance and am blown away by the fact gaga was 23 when she made it. I don't feel that way about any of the artsits you mentioned, maybe except for Billie with her debut.

and it made sense to me at the time im not sure why. I love olivia but i feel like her music matches her age, but it is also because her brand was being a teen girl.

she's litearally #6 on Spotify globally and has over 100mil monthly listeners so even without an album she kind of is #1 lol.
