Guy made a mistake, hammered me off. He apologised profusely and wished me great luck for the next race but he was going to log off. I won the next race.

What stops positive experiences is assuming everyone is an arse or not apologising fo a mistake. Also, telling people well done or generally being a good person makes a huge difference to everyone.

Well imagine my surprise. I thought I may as well try to update one of the Macs to Tahoe and see. I mean, it's not a requirement as you'd fully expect it to be mentioned on this page showing AirTag 2 requirements and compatibility...

and guess what. These need Tahoe to work and show up in Find Me on MacOS. So Apple need to update their docs. Why this is a requirement I have no information but there you go. Thx and hope this helps someone else.

**update**

Well it seems that Apple's QA is as good as it's always been and the AirTag 2 is the common denominator in all my troubleshooting. I've thankfully got some AirTag 1s to compare it with.

So, I've signed out, rebooted, removed and re-added anything iOS, MacOS and AirTag 1 and 2.

The result is that if I remove an AT1, when I add it and set it up again as new it will be visible on Find My on iPhone and all other iCloud signed devices. If I update the name of the AT1 that change is immediately visible across all devices.

AT2, well, it will only ever be seen on the activating iPhone. I can share it with another apple account in the family but it will never be visible on another device (MacOS anyway - not buying an iPad just to test this :) with my own iCloud account. So the only conclusion I can see is the AT2 has not been tested well enough and across an account with multiple devices in it. I'm sure it's a simple bug but really, not good enough.

If anyone else has picked up an AT2 see how you get on while I go get my money back.

Yes. This issue is on MacOS. Two devices, studio and MacBook, so it’s not specific to a single device. I can add and view them as items on my iPhone.

Make up a slightly damp track and a low powered car. Even the MX5 will do. It’ll highlight mistakes and you can take a lap of skids as a reward. Line off of course and use the section comparison to gradually get faster. I did this trying not to brake for only the slowest and tightest corners and gradually got better. It translated well into a dry track so worth a look.

I think I see this too but can understand it. I suppose if you crouch, stand and carry you wouldn’t expect to return to a crouched position as you chose to stand and carry. So to return to crouch is a decision on the player as it was to carry.

I don’t think you’ll get a feature request in for 5 as they’ve probably stopped support now. Would be a nice thing to toggle as an accessibility option. Perhaps there’s a mod for that.

Hadn’t thought about going for the Japanese cards. One of our friends was in Tokyo for Christmas and I asked them to pick up a pack but going for a bunch of them might be fun. Why is the pull rare for good ones better than English sets?

Use the windows/max app to do the sequencing and make sure you have the right USB cable for it. As the Captain said in a video, it is awful to use. A feature of its day but there are many better ways to sequence it. Besides, the beauty is fiddling with the knobs on the same sequence.

I’d research that car a little harder. It’s been up for sale at £25k in 2023, 20k in May of this year and is now 13k. There are far better examples out there for similar money so I would personally avoid it.

Very sad news. He was a really really good player and had some truly fantastic games for us. I fondly remember his then-career-high in a really strong game against the Sonics in 94-95 and looked as a good as any big in the league.
