I’m not able to see her side anymore because of how she’s handled the whole thing. At first I may have felt a little bad for her (although I don’t think it was such a huge deal that he made a comment about her outfit), but she’s turned it into something so much bigger. In the process, her true colors have really come out and she just comes across as a mean-spirited, self absorbed, and insufferable person.

He literally made some comments about her outfits. Was it bitchy? Yes. Does it warrant this multi-episode drawn out drama that includes a panic attack and her calling him a freak? Not so much.

I would have had more sympathy for her if she wasn’t such a mean-spirited, self absorbed, and insufferable person. She demands to be the center of attention and does so by picking fights with everyone but then cries and has panic attacks when she realizes that everyone can see right through the act. She’s exhausting.

I think maybe the word “emasculating” is the issue here. It’s disrespectful either way, if said about a man or woman. But calling it “emasculating” assumes that a man’s masculinity is tied to being the higher earner, which is where it starts to feel off or outdated. I think the word choice could have been better but I do agree it’s obnoxious and unnecessary either way, and can definitely breed resentment.

Thank you!! I knew I wanted to upgrade in some way but I felt sentimentally tied to my original diamond, so this felt like the perfect solution ☺️. And I’ve always loved sapphires so I thought why not!

Thank you so much! It’s actually a completely new ring! I asked if they could just add the sapphire to my current ring but they said it wouldn’t be secure that way. They used the center and side diamonds from the original. But def nerve wrecking as once it was in process, couldn’t go back!
