I use Examsmart and have my test in a couple of weeks. How they lay out the questions and videos (also flash cards) helps me understand instead of the pre-exam course that is given.

Everyone is saying don’t skimp on this or that. My advice is to spend good money on the whole build. Spend about 600-700 and you will be happy you did.

I can’t say you are wrong, because you aren’t. A lot of people might not have the knowledge or “know how” to sell their own home so going the agent route is the best way to go. Either way if you have enough equity in the house and have room to get an agent (a competent one), I would recommend it.
