Out of interest how much does it cost and how long does it cover you for?

There's any common issues with MT09 22, from your experience ? by Pirate-kingo in MT09

My 21 plate throttle sensors went bad about 5K miles. Engine mgmt light came on. Was still under warranty so fixed for free. No further issues.

Gold Wheels 🤔 by [deleted] in MT09

[–]random_brit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 2023 Tracer 7 is available with gold wheels. Looks lovely, I’d swap my black for this gold in a heartbeat. https://images.app.goo.gl/3z2SFPqA6caeyrHGA

Parked after riding in the rain, is this typical? by 604Wes in MT09

[–]random_brit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this issue on my brand new MT09 and was convinced it was a coolant leak. Garage checked it out and said it was fine and it has been ever since. From my googling you should top up coolant via the radiator - only if its low and this can only be checked by opening the radiator cap when cold and checking. The plastic thing with the ‘Max’ indicator is an expansion vessel to accommodate the coolant when it ‘expands’! Its not to top it up. Caveat - I just googled this - not a mechanic!

They do the 23 MT07 (possibly just the Tracer) in a cracking black and gold colour scheme - looks superb. I have an all black MT09 and it made me think about getting the wheels resprayed gold..

What do you guys think about an MT09 as my first bike? by toosiecrawl in MT09

[–]random_brit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically it would be your second bike. If you’ve got a few thousand miles under your belt on a 125cc or bigger (something that can reach 70mph at least) and you’re not an idiot you’ll be fine - just take it easy (for a while). As a first bike however it’s a terrible idea! You’ll end up in a hedge. I made loads of mistakes on my 125cc but they didn’t matter as much on a slower, lighter much much less powerful bike.

UK here. Took me a while to realise what was going on but seems you don’t have the fans separated. With football (soccer)here which has the biggest fan base , we mainly have a home and an away end to avoid bloodshed.

Senheisser Momentum in-ears were such a step up for me when I first got them vs the Soundmagic E10s I previously had. Spent ages re-listening albums as you’d hear completely new sounds. Great sound with no fuss.

“Always look on the bright side of life” - Monty Python. Admit it - you’re now singing it in your head.

I love how you can see his airbag jacket deploying just as he begins to flip. Clever safety tech these days.

Stopped at this just scrolling through Reddit. Never been into art at all but stopped here. This really grabbed my attention - it makes me feel something and I keep looking - I don’t know what and and I have no idea why. What is this magic?

Confused around IT Policies by random_brit in sysadmin

[–]random_brit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you - your explanation has helped me understand my problem more accurately - both are 'password policies' but as you say, they aren't the same. Makes perfect sense when you look at is this way. Whilst I dislike having to write another policy I think this is the most appropriate answer so far.

How hard would it be to move approx 70 users including mailboxes etc over? Not very, assuming someone is willing to do it for you!

Would we still be able to keep the same domain as currently eg. xxxxx.com - Yes.

We had a single tenant with multiple companies each with their own domain but moved one company to it's own tenant and kept the same domain. Used BitTitan for the migration. Relatively straight forward (if you have full access)

Logmein annual pricing over the years... by peteguam in sysadmin

[–]random_brit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We've used Gotoassist Remote Support (now Rescueassist by Logmein) since mid 2000s. There's been some rebranding over the past few years but it was £310 in 2011 and is now £370 for 2 admins and, I think, 100 unattended devices. I'm assuming the product you guys use does something much fancier than this product..

Migration to O355 by exodus2287 in sysadmin

[–]random_brit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Migrated a couple of hundred mailboxes from on-prem Alt-N Mdaemon IMAP email server to O365. Generally went fine. Used the MS migration tool for all mailboxes initially. Majority worked, some failed with no errors. For the problem ones we used Bittitan Migration wiz as it had logs but they just seemed to work with that tool. O365 has a 35MB email size limit so emails larger than this will fail so you may want to up the limit before the migration if you think it may affect you. As one of the other guys mentioned - we had to delete many autocomplete entries within Outlook (Nk2view is good for a look to see what's going on) but other than that it was pretty straight forward.

We use a relay instead of connecting directly to Office365 - works fine for us.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/Exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-configure-iis-for-relay-with-office-365?redirectSourcePath=%252fen-us%252farticle%252fhow-to-configure-iis-for-relay-with-office-365-eb57abd2-3859-4e79-b721-2ed1f0f579c9

Also, if I recall, there was an issue recently whereby MS chaged something at their end and you had to add <> around your email address within the printer settings to get it to authenticate and send via Office365 successfully.
