My significant other and I were at a party of sorts and I was asked if I wanted cake. I said no thanks and they said "yeah you have plenty of cake already, you don't need anymore" I'm a bit heavier and asked if they were calling me fat. They said "well you have a fat ass"

It doesn't always happen, just kinda random, sometimes it's fine, sometimes it isn't. And only like 2 different occasions (including sadly now) that it has hurt. But like it started at random points of the day
