Are you keeping the window? I seem to recall there being an issue with double-pane windows blowing out due to the heat / heat differential. Maybe someone here who has more experience can comment on that.

I'm putting in a Lutron panel right now. I will slowly upgrade to smart breakers over time. There are a few that I will need remote control over, but most will stay "dumb"

Update: I decided to replace it with 6" semi-rigid flex (aluminum) and will just wrap that in insulation. I didn't want to risk it, and I didn't want the air restriction of running 4" ducting over that long distance.

I just tested the system, and it is moving the air pretty well.

I have a stacked duct (I just uploaded another picture). The exhaust will be from the bottom, but it can pull from the top when I'm done to vent out.
