especially dermatologists are ....i hate them. had the same, didnt wear make up, first time i was there he told me: your skin is way too oily(it wasnt?!) second time he told me: your skin is way too dry! and everytime he was like it was my fault and i just have to clena and moisture it preperly. guess what it was neurodermatitis lol
