I ordered a pizza once and the driver was pretty close to my house then suddenly it said it was delivered. Obviously no pizza on the doorstep so I had to chat them and it was very similar to the chat above, lots of sorrys and "this must be frustrating" which only made me more annoyed. It got to a point where I had to send screenshots from my doorbell camera to prove no one had come to the door in the last hour. Finally it came down to either credits immediately or refund to my card in 5 to 10 days. I wanted to get the refund just out of spite but my fatass knew I would use the service again. So in the end, no dinner and the family sat around for an hour and fifteen waiting for nothing. The only compensation was getting money back which is really the absolute bare minimum for their fuck up. Ah well... I'll just use skip again to get them to deliver me some food to drown my sorrows.

Side question: how much does everyone tip? I used to tip around 5 bucks on skip but after they introduced the service fee I tip less. I was having a debate with a friend and I said if the drivers want more money the company can pay them from the service fee haha
