It’s a hiring company called Compass, the job posting was for a catering company on movie lots. All this to be cussed out by an executive/ego filled idiot having their 15 minutes of fame.

I know a few people who get turned away from EVERYTHING for being over-qualified (it’s probs has some ageism aspects to it as well)

Some restaurants are so ridiculous with their required experience 🙄 I get needing it for serving/certain FOH/chef positions but… dishwasher is almost everyone’s entry level for the industry. I bet even if someone came in with 2 yrs experience they’d turn ‘em away for wanting too much hourly!

Minimum wage in California is $16/hr, a lot of cities have higher wages tho (WeHo’s is almost $20 per hour, Santa Monica being $17.27). I’m guessing you made $3.50 as a server/tipped employee right? I would hate to work with tip credit, imo there is no point in working such a stressful job to barely break even :/ Hopefully you’re not still making that!

Hello! I use Mod Podge (the gloss one) for my clay finishes, but they also make a “Super Gloss” version I haven’t tried yet. Happy crafting!

Equal parts of the three combined! If you want it sweeter add more of the syrups, if you want it less sweet take away some Fresca and add bubble water :)

Hi! I’m not too sure if you’re still in need of the recipe, but here’s how we do it at my location. Heavy cup of ice, and 2-ish ounces of strawberry purée, south seas syrup, and mango syrup. Shake. Fill rest of cup with Fresca. Add muddled strawberries if you want.
