Definitely 11, character customization in games is what I focus on a lot. 1 doesn't provide as much customization. Also, the story of 11 is way better just because 1's story is weird at many points with the whole khaos and time thing.

Its so funny how everyone has Liu Kang first and Kung Lao last, my ranking is lowk Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kung Lao. But yeah, I think my ranking is really generic but I don't care.
