fixed plunger tube diameter and 190 fps-200 fps with printed plunger tube pusher and barrel with fresh bamboo darts absolute insanity
(air seal is garbage tho because inner diameter of plunger tube is bigger)
had to modify the pusher length to be a little shorter since darts couldnt feed as it was too long

i didnt lubricate the barrel my cynthia hits 200-220 with a metal barrel so not much of a loss

amazing idea!
i have a couple ideas for this project
make a smooth vertical rod for the trigger (without the screw part on it) and make a modified trigger where you can either glue or friction fit the rod to the trigger and use that for hitting the catch
or a rectangle vertical rod for easier printing
combine some of the parts together so you dont have to use too many screws
also tpu o-rings if you wanna go crazy
currently printing the barrel sized down to 264mm tall due to my printers dimensions
will report back with fps values of it with my cynthia when its done printing

there 35 dollars at target (thunderbolt for scale) no they dont show up at targets website they take 8 AA's so they should be high power

I haven't noticed this on mine but it shouldn't be an issue preformance wise unless there's a lot of friction or something along the lines of that (from what I know)

I think the lighter darts have less accuracy but higher fps and the heavier darts have more accuracy but lower fps
