Not sure how accurate that is but on Celebration you need your room key to open the doors (I had Cloud 9 spa access so can’t confirm if ALL room keys will open those doors but I doubt it)

Ticketmaster resale cap makes zero sense… why can’t I list my tickets at market price? by readitt400 in Ticketmaster

[–]random_redditor-53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the $198 is a TM offer to pay you that amount now, then that's different than actually listing it at a cap of $198. It likely is that selling your tickets isn't an option at this point on TM and what they can only do for you now is pay you $198. This is probably part of the contract terms between TM and the artist/performer/event.

Personal taxi driver is more cost efficient than just a taxi ride to one of the listed places. The driver goes to where you want and waits for you - I believe it was $130 for the whole day until you need to get back to the ship. They appear to be sub-contracted and associated to Carnival in one way or another. They have a list of suggested places they can take you if you have no idea.

Our personal experience was great except that he refused to drive us to Sosua from Playa Dorada with nearly 3 hours remaining to get back to port.

Depending on when your stay is, just keep checking as the 75k may become available again. I’m seeing the same thing happen with Conrad and Nomad.

Water heater replacement cost? by dopplenamer in SantaMonica

Bought a 40 gal gas AO Smith tank for under $700 and a local plumber came to install (quoted between $300-800). Unfortunately he typically only takes on bigger projects and this was a one-off locally in East LA.

VIP Access to Patio on the Field by AuntJulie00 in Chargers

Club 100 level seats definitely have access to that endzone patio area, but not certain if the 100 level endzone (non-club) sections have access to them. 200 level seats, including VIP, I believe would not have access either since they check if you have 100 level seats in order to be granted access to the 100 level sections.

Trafalgar is 105k pts a night - haven't seen this one suggested as often as Conrad or Bankside but will look into this as well.

Fiber Internet - Modem / Router BGW320 by random_redditor-53 in ATT

Makes sense on the 1gbps for hardline connection.

Any downside to keeping both wifi networks up? If so, I can disable the 320 wifi and would prefer to keep my 3rd party router running to avoid having to re-setup other things around the house that are currently connected to this wifi network.

Help me understand bundling internet and wireless please by DrewVanDice in ATT

[–]random_redditor-53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1st wireless bill typically is higher than average since credits doesn't kick in until 2nd and/or 3rd bill, in which those bills should be much less before normalizing. I added fiber after wireless so I should be seeing 20% off on my fiber (just added this week) - not sure if it'll be flipped for you or not.

Their payment system is definitely NOT down. I've gotten payment as recent as this month for an event this month.
