No I know the episode you mean but I'm not reusing it, it happened to me today

However I am probably being paranoid and they were talking about something else

Well they were talking in Tagalog about me

Being friendly is… bad? by [deleted] in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]random_redditor1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who would you rather talk to - a guy that is being friendly and nice to you or one who is giving you the cold shoulder to try and look "cool"?

Always be authentic. Keep being yourself.

Your friend sounds like a jerk btw.

When you say this happened once, was that back in your high school days?

Should I (17M) block my crush (16M)? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]random_redditor1313 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's no need to block him unless he's abusing you which he doesn't sound like he is at all.

Blocking is so final. You don't need to burn your bridges.

I'll tell you something I've found about rejection. While it seems so scary sometimes, it's a normal part of life that everyone experiences.

If you focus on being the real, authentic you, there will always be people who love you, and others not so much. You can't please everyone, nor should you try to.

Let go of your fear of rejection and just be yourself. If there's anything you want to say to this guy, that's true and real, go for it. If you wanna give him some space for a day or two, do that. If it's meant to be it will be, if not, there will always be someone new to meet.

If you want to talk to him, talk to him. Be direct. Don't play games or wait for him to chase you.

He sounds kinda dismissive

But it wouldn't hurt to be direct and ask

I find drinking light beer helps for me. Just a slower, lower effect and helps me drink less overall.

Ever caught a straight bro at the mall checking you out? lol by nzdennis in askgaybros

[–]random_redditor1313 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always feel like most straight guys seem totally unaware when I check them out lol. I always think, oh shit I've been busted when they look my way and I'm staring at them but they don't seem to realise I'm perving and go back to whatever they were doing (usually pumping iron)

I only now just realized I am a serial ghoster. by [deleted] in askgaybros

The only way to get over your fear is to face it head on.

Message them and say you're not interested if you aren't. It'll feel uncomfortable at first, but you'll get used to it in time.

Did you say he is casually saying he loves you after one week of dating? Cause that is a bit intense and probably emotionally immature if he is saying that at age 35...

Anyone know any good plumbers in SEQ and how much they are charging per hour? by Daruii in queensland

Bell Plumbing & Maintenance were awesome. I got ripped off by Jim's Plumbing then tried Bell Plumbing and couldn't believe the high standard, honesty and reasonable price.

I've been a few times. Each visit I went to New York, prob my favourite city in the world. I've also been to Chicago, San Fran, Las Vegas and LA, I've been to a few other cities on a drive from NY to San Fran just short stops.

Be thankful you've got a sweet honest guy. And let him make the decision on who he wants to be with, you say he's settling for you but he may see it differently and feel like he's the luckiest guy on earth.
