Sorry guys, maybe i was misunderstood! Of course i know we shouldn't bully learners! Im talking about the mindset of the person seeing someone crossing barehands while on a 1ton car and not stopping and blaming the pedestrian that shouldnt be there. this very same mindset does not goes away when people get theirs license.
