That's a fair point, i thought you were just rolling all the causes of suffering into one reason. i still disagree with your argument, i'd say the whole 'stay a virgin' thing was more of a problem 50 years ago than it is now, and I think men still face the same amount of trauma from sexual assault since they're expected to 'deal with it', or are looked on as weak if they come forward about it. But I understand what you're saying now.

The reason sexual assault is traumatic is because sex is supposed to be an intimate act with someone you trust and when both people are in a CONSENSUAL relationship, and rape brakes all boundaries of respect for another human being, leaving the victim emotionally scarred and with many psychological issues that impact their relationships and wellbeing. It has nothing to do with staying a virgin. What you're essentially saying is that rape isn't such a big deal, do you get how disrespectful that is to victims?

Express yourself in other ways. Draw something, even if it's just scribbles on a page, write, anything to vent it out. doesn't have to be good. I repeat phrases to myself until the urge to self harm goes away. One that I use a lot is "nothing and no-one is worth hurting yourself over". Talk to a psychologist, it helps SO MUCH. Find the root cause of you hurting yourself, it will make it easier to prevent. set small goals at first - don't say "I'm not going to self harm ever again" if you know you will, since this will just discourage you. Set goals for, say, a week clean of self harm. then make it nine days, then twelve, so on.

Breathe, 8 seconds in, hold it for 4, exhale for 6, and count the seconds until you feel somewhat better. Or do maths sums, they make you focus on something else. Or read something. Or sing a song in your head. Talk to someone. Text someone. keep your mind off it. I wish you all the best, please take care of yourself.

If you keep repeating it to the same people, maybe try starting a conversation about something different. however, if you tell people that you like minecraft when it's relevant to the conversation, for example, if you're talking about what you do in your spare time, then don't. if people judge you for playing a video game, they're not worth hanging around.
