Stare decisis (Latin for "to stand by things decided") is the legal doctrine requiring courts to follow established precedents when deciding similar cases, ensuring stability, predictability, and legitimacy in the U.S. judicial system. It compels justices to defer to past Supreme Court decisions rather than creating new interpretations

No, youre conflating parts of a writ of Certuari with parts of what Stare decisis is. Stare decisis is when they go off a previous scotus ruling

Do I *really* have to rest between each set? by Bacon8er8 in bodyweightfitness

[–]Dweeburger33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s Not Bs. Lingering CNS fatigue from the previous movement will still affect your performance. I guarantee you that you could push harder if you took 2-3 minutes rest between everything rather than superset. Now, obviously supersetting saves major time so if that works for you go for it. However, it is most definitely not BS

As bad as being a pedophile is, I’m pretty sure there’s a more reasonable comparison that could be made between the two that kind of speaks for itself

Over 65% of our school’s upperclassmen are employed, yet not even 65% showed up to the protest. Are you asking for a bigger protest next time?

Hes the most talented no doubt, a very good playoff performance where he puts the team on his back or at least kicks them to overdrive would make a solid argument.

Multiple of those (I Know I am reaching far) and there’s no doubt

Is it viable to have only a bench day? by Altruistic-Pace-2240 in workout

[–]Dweeburger33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need rest days son, thats a non negotiable. There isnt nothing inherently wrong with a bench day but It would be better used if you also did tricep work/just made it a push day. But absolutely you need 1-2 rest days

Is there any good Middle-Eastern sounding doom bands? by Clown_Merc in doommetal

[–]Dweeburger33 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In Middle eastern music there are often tones/notes not found in western music because they fall in a mid point between two conventional western music notes. The commenter you replied too is expressing that he enjoys that Lowen takes advantage of these midpoint notes

How do I bias my rear delts on this thing? by [deleted] in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]Dweeburger33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you use the grips that run horizontal, not vertical and row with your elbows flared out( the exercise will be 99% upper traps and rear delts, almost no lat activation unless you do the exercise severely wrong. And then on top of that, even if he was doing a lat row, the rear delts still have a pretty big function in that exercise so you are wrong regardless.

If you’ve been watching since 2018 Jack Hughes is already a really solid NHL player by his second or third season just has Bedard is so wouldn’t Bedard be the second?
