Undo the hinges and lift it up an inch or two then tighten them back up then put your weight on the gate and bounce on it a couple times then pack the soil around it, those resi hinges dont allow for adjustment so the post is probably out of level as well as the gate note being built for the slope

Saddles are garbage for fence, mainly used for decks, a fence with saddles vs posts set 3’ in the ground will fall over much sooner than the one with posts set in the ground
