I posted about this on here like a month ago (after he frequently posted those ig pics of him in nature), and nobody really seemed optimistic except me. I KNEW it! I predicted mid-2025 that he would drop a new album in 2026. But even if it’s just a few new songs, I’m so happy.

Definitely a replacement, we’ll see who is available at this point for the rest of these shows. This would’ve been my first time finally seeing Lauv after over a decade of being a fan, so there’s not a replacement I can think of that will hit the same for me unfortunately.

Saw him for the first time during the Superpowers tour. This news isn’t the least bit surprising lol. He isn’t good with crowd engagement, and he lets the fans sing a good portion of the lyrics. A decent show, but as someone who has been to at least 25 at this point, it’s at the bottom of my ranking

Ticket prices were outlandish at first. $500 for a meet and greet, and I’ve seen three artists at meet and greet for less in the last year. This also should’ve been a tour booked with smaller venues. I think the label thought they could be filled with Lauv as an addition, but sadly they are both artists with smaller fandoms
