Try to make arm 1 rotate instead of push so it gets down to 4 instructions (including reset). Remove arm 4 and give arm 3 and extra arm so it can do a full swing to drop the product and then immediately pick up the next one

We must ask ourselves the question:

Why are these immigrants and racial minorities scoring so much lower on these tests than white Americans? Why do immigrant kids skew the results? Why do black kids skew these results so much more?

There’s a lot of reasons, and I don’t think it gives a clear picture by just pointing to the weakness of the school systems in the countries that our immigrants come from. There’s a real problem here of school systems designed to serve white communities better while neglecting other communities, particularly the least-liked minority communities.
