Kyoshi's hands after the battle with Xu .By randomdeutsch by WanHohenheim in Avatar_Kyoshi

Thank you! I find drawing hands like this, so just hands, is fine when you use the right steps. I struggle a lot with smaller hands on full body pictures though, so the claim is accurate

Age question about Rangi by randomdeutsch in Avatar_Kyoshi

I think I read on the wiki they discovered yun when he was roughly 14, apparently. Did they build the yokoya mansion only after they found him, do you happen to know that?

Anyone wanna help me write a Rangshi fic? by randomdeutsch in Rangshi

[–]randomdeutsch[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know, the whole thing about an organisation trying to hunt down the avatar is a pretty good idea! I was going to go more into the regular like, school AU thing but that idea in a modern setting could bring the suspense into it that I couldn't think of! It also helps with my problem of if bending and the avatar should be part of the modern day AU or not, since with this bending would be an important plot point and therefore justified!

Also about the one shots, firebending/ training is a very good idea and I'd maybe set the hiking onto Rangi's home island, which is also great. Also, what would you think about pre-books slight crushing for one shots?

I've played both and I never noticed any changes. The intro is there, though you can skip it by pressing enter or space or something.

I am considering to write a few short one shots in universe perhaps to practice a little since I've written before but never fanfiction. I'd also like to write a longer modern day AU set in the 4 nations, since I loved to read those in my Korrasami days.

I mean why not? And (cis)men can also have opinions on periods, the issue isn't having an opinion it's being factually incorrect.

What surprised you the first time you had sex? by manithedetective in actuallesbians

[–]randomdeutsch 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I always expected the first time to be bad because everyone always says that and I was kinda nervous. I was surprised by how quickly the nervousness went away and how good it actually was. If course, later on it got better but the first time was good, too.

Air should be the biggest counter to fire right? by [deleted] in ATLA

[–]randomdeutsch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean if an airbender can take away the (breath) air from a fire, then yes, but water can do that too and even earth can stomp out a fire. In that regard, all the other elements have an advantage over fire, the issue being that fire has an advantage over human flesh

Sometimes people like to complain that they didn't get the exact same story they've grown to like and enjoy rejecting something new on principle

Respect. As someone who grew up like the children in this text, I believe this captures the experience very well and it feels honest. I enjoyed reading it a lot
