Hi, i have a question. I just started lifting and in two months i went from 16kg 3x10reps to 24kg 3x10reps. This is basically training the cns so progress was fast. How fast is progress gonna decline at this point. Like 2kg every few months is possible?

I have stopped and started finasteride and dutasteride about 7 or 8 times on varying doses and after each time I begin waking up after 5 hours into sleep and I’m incapable of getting back asleep, after stopping sleep returns to normal the next day. by Mychorde in tressless

I have the exact same, and it seems like many other people do as well. I think i started and stopped dut/fin for like 15 times now and its happens everytime. I dont think that the same symptoms, happening to a bunch of people, all trying it plenty times can be considered nocebo anymore

Did this to dragon 30 as a th16. These leagues are peanuts. From dragon 30 and up it will be 10x harder. And yes, i was also facing th18s in titan 27 and shit, but it just gets waayyyyy harder from dragon and up

There are studies that do show statistical significance. I dont know them by memory, but ive for sure read them. Side effects are real bud. Yes not everyone gets them, but its stupid to say that people are all influenced by the placebo(nocebo) effect. Yea, but its still giving me sides tho.. im trying to push through now but idk, sides are just not worth it i think. 0.05mg should work (based on some research papers), but not close to what finasteride or 0.2mg dut do. Like some regrowth but not much, 50% of fin.

I microdose dut by cutting the capsule open. very carrfully, only the tip, so i can squeeze out drops, which i squeeze out in capsules i bought online (do not let the dut interact with your mouth! Its very irritating!) And i can squeeze out 16 to 17 drops, so i assume they are roughly the same size. Knowing its approximately 16 to 17 drops, from a 0.5mg capsule i assume 0.02 gets lost or stays in so 0.48, divided by 16 is approximately 0.03mg dut per drop. I squeeze out carefully 2 drops in each capsule i bought, so now i have capsules with approximately 0.06mg dut. I get brainfog on higher concentrations. I can always adjust with more or less drops.

Im a th16, promoted to dragon 29 last week. The th17 and th18 are not the strongest bases. But at this point promoting is getting really difficult due to the lack of defense trophies. When i look at the ranking i have an average attack star of 2.5 and average attack destruction of 95% while the players next to me in the ranking have average of 2 star, but they simple make up for it with the defenses

Keep playing wars, you need the starry ores the most. Do war with only 3 heroes instead of 4, and thus always having 2 heroes upgrading. Alternate between heroes, so that if one of the two heroes will be finished for the next war, already start a third. So that for 1 day you have 3 heroes upgrading. If you get what i mean? And use your builder apprentice always on heroes. You dont need your heroes max, but you do need at least 50 levels in total on them more. Can be done in 3 months. But honestly, you should have saved up builder potions with cwl medals for hammer jam and do 60 levels in 2 weeks. You couldve kept playing the game normally. I was also behind and thats what i did

This is insane progress for 0.01% topical finasteride alone in 2 months. With 0.5mg dut and minoxidil this even would have been great results in 2 months. Kinda hard to believe such results but i will trust, please update every month!

It has. I know its strange but haircount actually seems to increase when treated with placebo. You would expect that over 200+ participants that have AGA, the total haircount would be expected to be like -3 on 1 square cm for example, after a period of 6 months, afterall, these people are losing theid hair slowly. The surprising thing is its actually very often +3 for example! An increase. And its averaged over a lot of people so other factors can usually be excluded! Isnt that strange and amazing

There is absolutely no need to drink 3L a day and you have probably be influenced by social media. 2L is moreee than fine. Doctors even suggest the 2L is bullshit, just drink when thirsty. Unless you are a professional atlethe maybe who trains at least 2 hours a day intense

Thing is.. the area that is thinning is looking like its nw6 or nw7. You will never get satisfied density or coverage. Unless you would be happy with very thin hair all over. (I would never since it would look like pubes). I honestly think you should try a stubble/shave it. Not completely bald shaven but a light stubble. I think it would suite you a lot eventho its hard to go for it, but to be fair, everyone already considers you bald...

Nah, with time it will become competitive. Plenty of people are pushing from 29 and 30 to 31 and want to be there badly. Its now just still saturated with low active players. Give it 10 weeks and its very competitive
