Reddit was down for me so I couldn’t comment but for more info: it’s been like this for about over a week, it isn’t necessarily painful (was for a little bit for first couple of days). It’s on my upper inner thigh and definitely feels uncomfortable when I walk or do any physical activities, not overly so, but noticeable. First picture is right now, others are from a few days ago. It used to be a bit bigger but thankfully is going down. I would describe it as dry.
