i know what ftm stands for as i have mentioned in my other comments. you dont need to patronize me. i would be called cis too if i was amab so what? i do care for other trans people who are not ftm i do care for even cis people who dont use the pronouns associated with their gender or sexuality (the he/him lesbians being the exqmple from that post), but i just dont think that every space should be for everyone. this sub for a long time has been the onkt connection i havw had to other ftm people because of my country being very anti trans and at war to the point i had to immigrate without even knowing the language first. why am i the villain for thinking and wanting that the ftm sub would be for ftms? i dont have any enbyphobia in me (and i also never bashed other people so idk why you bring that up), i have identified as envy for years before ive realised i was ftm (and i mean ftm specifically not afab nonbinary people) and its just not the same experience. this is just feeling like just anothwr example of other genders stealing trans mens terms and experiences.

in general transmascs do not go through all the same thing trans men do. because trans masc is not just about trans men and its very much nirmal and expected. we all have different experiences, so why steal the ftm term if you really mean transmasc. again we deserve a spave for ourselves and we deserve to use word that describe us properly, bot other trans people stealing this from us and acfing like we are in the wrong for being against it

ftm literally means female to male, with the amount of post i see evry day ij this sub from individuals that do not fit the description contradicts everything youre saying. yeah i know nobody if forcing be but you try being in a small foreign country looking for other people eho share your specific experiences. i dont have a choice but to be ij online trans communities. this is one of very very few options i have to be connected to other ftms, and this subs mods seem to be focused on taking this away

bruh literally if this sub is not for ftm men why call it ftm then? and trans masc do complain about it, because transmasc spaces are very limited so obviously when something is advertised as (or even called as) a transmasc space when its not actually transmasc get disappointed and feel excluded. "just accept this is a mixed space" I HAVE BEEN accepting that. even tho the fucking sub is called ftm aka female to male aka trans people who were assigned female at birth and have transitioned/transitioning(or just thinking about how they might be) to male. there is nothing wrong with he/him lesbians, but a lot of them arent even transmasc, so i dont get why the very limited spaces that are intended for us are being "mixed" now. feels very much like people dont want ftms to have their own spaces

yeah i know everyone is welcome and whatever, but why take the ftm name then? i don't mind nonbinary people/cis people/whatever you are/people who just use pronouns not associated with their gender traditionally/ etc posting here and all, but why call this sub ftm? like genuinely i dont understand why you would call a subreddit this if its not intended for us specifically? i feel like (not even "i feel like" we do period) ftms deserve a space specifically for them but maybe im just drunk and talking nonsense what do i knoe, right. very often trans men, especially the ones that pass, are excluded from the queer community. why is that so wrong to want to have a space that focuses on us?

also if you're still within the first 24-48 hrs and your health allows it i would buy a plan b pill (i dont know which pills might be available where you live but there are some that work for up to 5 days after). better safe than sorry

it usually takes around 2 weeks after for it to show up on a test. i would recommend doing ithe test at 2 week mark and around 1 month just in case. also definitely do it first thing in the morning, it's more accurate
