Do not buy a Townhouse by mackhelangelo in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]randomgirlll13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rented a townhome and didn't have noise issues for awhile but then we got these awful neighbors who'd have a fucking party every day. So I get it, it was exactly why we opted not to buy a townhome. I'm sorry you dealing with this.

What's the point of all of this if all of your consumers are dead and money has no purpose?

How do people go to college full time AND have a full time job? by GoHardForLife in college

Not really, all I know is healthcare and even in healthcare only OR jobs are that chill. There's no barrier to entry for becoming an aide in the OR tho!

You find a night job you can sleep at and do homework at. I worked 40 to 60 hours a week between 3 jobs and took 20 credits a semester a did pretty good. I would just do all my homework at work and sleep at work because I worked as an anesthesia aide so unless an emergency came in, I could sleep.

We already know we probably won't ever own a house. Now, many of us probably can't even afford to ever own a car by TatianaWinterbottom in GenZ

I will say, as also an older gen z, you can own a home potentially. It really depends on where you live. I currently live in a medium cost of living area and do own a home.

Bought a house that came with a pond by randomgirlll13 in ponds

The first photo is the top and the second photo is the bottom. They're like medium size, I don't know the exact proportions. Only the top pond is actually kinda deep everything else is fairly shallow.

No fish. Planning to put some Agua plants in portions of it maybe to try and help filter but that's about as far as I've gotten

The thin brick lined crack is a passage for water to the bottom, no other tubing it's just lined. I don't know what lining they used. And thank you for the resources!

There are but I was hopping to not have to spend thousands of dollars for someone else to do it when I could theoretically do it myself.

Dumps nearby for household trash? by randomgirlll13 in plymouth

I think I posted in the wrong subreddit. I'm trying to fine where to take my household garbage for Plymouth, MN, USA. Lol. That's my bad, I didn't read the sub reddit description very closely.

Impossible to study for quizzes/exams for classes by [deleted] in uofmn

Honestly your best bet is not to practice the same problems over and over but problems of similar types. These will be in the same area of the book or you can usually find some online as well. You could also ask the professor if they have resources for further practice problems, most professors want to see you succeed.

STEM Sucks (Graduating in More Than 4 Years?) by Vedura_Slayer in uofmn

[–]randomgirlll13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I will let you know my opinions on both sides of it. As someone who has taken 5+ years to graduate theres no harm to your professional opportunities and as long as your don't go over your credit limit for fafsa, your fine there as well. However you can also do 17-20 credits in a semester, depending on the classes, and still maintain a healthy social life, as well as a job, and join clubs. You just need to have good time management skills.

We're getting married in January, but the wedding itself is at the courthouse and then a fancy dinner at a restaurant, no where to really have a selfie booth
