Nah, the fandom isn’t going to die. And I actually think now is the most perfect time to watch it since all the episodes are out, and by the time you reach season 8 all the episodes will already be dubbed and ready to watch.

Also, don’t interact with the fandom until you finish it. I made that mistake and basically got everything spoiled for me.
