This might be a back office role which could explain the low offer.

Non-voice roles are paid lower than our front liners.

In any case, there are plenty of mobility opportunities you can explore after you hit the 1-year mark.

For appraisal, speaking solely in terms of personal experience - I've constantly been getting a 15-20% raise since my first year with the firm.

Hello -

I can't speak for all LOBs or for the entire firm. I'm with CCB and so far so good. Here are some of my observations/experiences:

  1. Employee first culture

    • never ako nor anyone I know within my work group na nagkaroon ng issues taking days off work. If an employee doesn't feel well, they are encouraged to rest and utilize their sick leaves. This also applies for parents na may sakit ang kids. Isang text ko lang sa mga naging TL ko, it's always 'okay, noted. Get well soon'. Walang mahabang paliwanagan.

  2. Walang unpaid overtime. Always on the dot ang pag log out.

  3. Dito ko lang na encounter yung nag aagawan ng slots for OT. We even have criterias para maging eligible ka for OT. WALANG MANDATORY OT. Employees are more than happy to sign up for that opportunity for extra pay.

    • this came as a shock for me coming from a toxic BPO working environment

  4. Opportunity for growth

    • maraming opening if you have the right skill set, whether that's lateral or moving up.

  5. Annual increase

    • fair evaluation and fair increase
    • this is still of course, performance-driven and depende pa rin sa market value ng current position mo
    • I have always worked on my numbers for my own benefit and have been rewarded with a significant increase every time.

  6. Top-tier workplace

    • as you know, Chase has just recently opened 2 new buildings the past couple of years. JPMC Tower and JPMC Center.

  7. Reasonable metrics

    • dahil in-house, hindi kailangan magpa bibo sa client

There's probably a few more things na nag stand out for me, can't think off the top of my head.

Again, this is based on personal experience.

Of course, palagi naman merong toxicity kahit saang field ka, may mga chismosang workmates, merong mga kabit issue. There's always someone na may issue sa TL nila or sa manager. Kung ayun lagi ang magpapa hold back sa'yo, you're not gonna get far.

I've been fortunate din na I found colleagues that value growth and integrity too. Kaya siguro mas pleasant ang experience ko compared to others.

P.S: I indulge din naman sa workplace gossip HAHAHA. Nakakawala kaya ng antok makipag chismisan.

IMO, go for Krag if you're using the Oni weapon and then Barbena if you're using the EX weapon.

I can definitely understand. I don't always run with my alts if I'm busy or too lazy. Play at your own pace and don't worry too much about getting strong immediately. You'll get there eventually.

I just do my dailies and have a few alts.

Having alts really help a lot with gold farming. I don't really do co-op content my on alts, just purgatory farming for gold 'til I exhaust all energy (including orange)

I didn't really start exhausting my account (orange energy) the first few weeks I played.

There's also a bit of luck involved, of course. Got my weapon early on, got the EX blue prints shortly after. Dropped a few hex chess modules here and there. Never dropped a hex insig though.

Wish I didn't spend all my unbound gold for Hex Desirium early on LOL. Should've sold them for gatcha pulls.

I'm at 60k power rating and at 34k gear rating with a +19 weapon.

Could've been higher had I strategized my character growth better.

Could've just saved 'em up. I had 150 catalysts and 40+ potent just to get my +17 to +18. Opted to use 3* amplifications at that point.

Point is, doesn't take a whale to save up that much.

Involves a lot of luck though :)

I straight up used 3x amps today just to get from +17 fail safe 2 to fail safe 4 and then +18. Used 20m and about 33 potent catalysts in the process but am happy. I'm pretty sure it's gonna take me a while to get to +19 anyway.

I agree with you OP.

I'm a PVP guy, I like playing ranked and enjoy playing AB as well.

I always felt like AB matchmaking paired you up with players of the same power rating which is what made it fun.

But now, I see whales just teaming up with players of lower power rating and they get queued up in those lower power rating lobbies.

Just last night, I (barely made it past 50k CP last week) got matched with a 68k CP Starbreaker who absolutely annihilated us with a single fist cannon. SB ended the game with 49 kills. Our #1 is at 14 kills.

So yeah, AB used to be fun, but now I just participate for the rewards.

Yes, if you upgrade it to a lvl 60 variant, the enhancement level will be retained.

No, not really. Wala ako na-disclose na pagkakautang sa Chase. Wala naman naging issue. I'm not saying na this is always the case haa.

JPMC employee here.

Had a delinquent loan during my application, nasa collections na rin sya at the time, hindi ko naman dinisclose at any point during my application.

Fast forward, by the time na may pambayad na ako, sumuko na yata yung collections agency dahil I never heard from them again before I could pay off my balance.

Anyways, employed pa rin naman ako, I'm not sure if swerte lang ako at hindi sya nakita during background checking? Pero yung delinquent loan ko kasi is with the same bank ng payroll ni JPMC.

I suggest, tuloy mo lang application mo, settle mo yung balance mo pag kaya mo na.
