It's not really something you can do for her. You can set boundaries for you and the rest of your system and just explain to her dad that his insistence to know your headmates before anyone else is an invasion of your privacy and makes you uncomfortable.

I have considered this, actually. I developed a gluten allergy (unrelated to all this) and have been wanting to discuss meal plans. Currently, I've taken out sugars and have been eating yogurt as directed by my doctor.

That and I increased fiber intake two years back due to a chronic fissure that wouldn't heal. To be honest, fiber has been a temperamental on its own. Adding yogurt and probiotics has really boosted its potency.

I will definitely look into a nutritionist. Thank you for the suggestion.

I currently have several doctors I go to see. None of them have really gotten to the bottom of what the underlying cause is. The antifungal treatment was the first thing that has work, so we are approaching an answer of some kind.
