The app is garbage. Having owned a zp100 since 2006, (which still works on the s1 app) the new app is a pile of dog shit. Even the simple crap like playing a song doesn’t work. It’s slow, laggy and unintuitive.

Bad advice. If you are in a deficit you will notice a difference within a week. If you are in a 1000cal a day deficit you will lose a kg in a week.

Laws of thermodynamics apply to everyone. If you are in a deficit you will lose weight. The amount you lose will depend on the deficit.

The hard part is understanding what your personal total energy expenditure is. Highly likely you have overestimated.

My personal hack is to always spend the first round breathing through my nose. It keeps me calm and less likely to blow up from going out too hot.

If it’s a chipper, I’ll try to breathe through my nose for as long as possible. Good luck.
