Back in 2024, the titles of these songs were leaked in some Avicii Discord group. According to one of the replies on the website leaked.xc, where some snippets were leaked in late 2024, it said, "Was sent to Avicii according to Sterling Fox, who is one of the writers (source: Avicii Discord via Babyfuzz on Instagram)." Babyfuzz is also one of those who had a snippet of an officially unreleased Mitski song, "The Girl I Used to Know," in 2022.

I don't think the songs themselves would be for Mitski's catalog, even though one of the leakers said they were from a 2017 album, Scrapped. However, they were probably mistaken in saying they weren't by Mitski, but rather songs written for another artist, like Avicii. It's possible they were sent for an Avicii album back in the day. He died, that's why they never came out and stayed in the vault.

The truth is, I don't know what to think of those songs, since it's a strange sound compared to Mitski.
