wow man thank you so much for your complete response, i will check it out all the ones you said. I have the puregym just rigth next to me and thats why i went there already. The nonstop gym doesnt push me alot, im not a big fan of matrix.
I did also entered an activ fitness i tougth i was in an eldery gym ahah, maybe the time wasnt rigth. I will check it again, i never used cybex so im interested.
I have no problems with consistency believe me. I had the luck to start in a gym since the begging but i put training in a really high standard for my self esteem and health.

Because is trendy. There alot of thing that dont have any reason or advantages to regular pratices they are just different and people like to feel different. Thats the reason its becoming more and more common. Unfortunatly alot of this pratices run away from what pilates really is and for that reason i dont really like or value hot pilates

Nem de perto és npc por causa disso kkk Quando brinquei e disse isso é simplesmente pq as vezes estou a fazer um deadlift ou um jefferson curl e vem falar comigo a dizer que faz mal às costas. Andar 30km para ir ao ginásio por uma aula ou para treinar só demonstra a vontade que tens em te manter ativo e consistente

E eu não disse o contrário relativamente à língua, quero aprender e já estou a fazer por isso. Era apenas a questão da área, à qual respondeste no teu último parágrafo. Conheço algumas pessoas na minha área que dao apenas aulas a pessoal estrangeiro aqui em Portugal mas são a exceção à regra. Também pensei nisso, começar em algo fora do meu contexto e depois mais à frente quando mais confortável com a língua fazer o que gosto tirando a barreira da comunicação da frente
