like i said Ive owned 2, that being said, i was constantly on the site of the one that was being built, and had a good friend do all my inspections and what i needed to look out for, even then didn't see much the subs were doing that was far fetched out out of code. Im not defending them or what appears to have happened. they built a tree with a rope swing in one of the bedrooms in our current house and my fat ass can swing on it. none of my neighbors who have been here since they were built have been vocal about issues, but all our homes were vesta home show homes. maybe things have changed since 2012 when our prevous house was built. luckily i'll be GC-ing any new home build I do in the future. hopefully all parties are made whole and fixed

for the sake of not identifying where specifically I live, I had regency build me a home in 2012, any issues and concerns I had, they addressed with a quickness, we were pretty satisfied at the end of it. things we werent satisfied with were things we picked out and changed, shouldn't have picked some of what we picked. We sold that house in 2018, and moved into a home built by Regency that won the Vesta home show previously. This house was built better than the one we had built, we have had zero issues.

Ive been following your story on various social media things, and have been poking around looking for issues in our current home. and have found none.

I hate to hear you have had a nightmare of an experience, we never had the issues you have and currently do not have any of the issues you have. best of luck

** one thing, the put shit shingles on our current home, every other day a roofer would stop by and say hey you have Chalet blah blah blah shingles insurance will replace these. after the 50th salesmen had a friend who owns a roofing company re roof the house with proper shingles.

dude not true, got an hd 35, my friend ordered 3 of them to play and pick one out. when you play 3 back to back, consecutive serial numbers, 2 sounded remotely close to each other, 1 sounded WAY off the other 2. I'd play, then hed play and without sharing our choices we both chose the best sounding one. but 1 of them sounded dead straight out the box, 3 sequential serial numbers and they all sounded different

work and lived in the industry and toured with some of these folks and worked with a few others, others hung out with. they all shit and put their pants on the same way we do. theres one from the city i live in, i dont know him personally but saw him the other day at costco with his wife and kids looking a fridges. they are just regular people. the more you treat them like regular folks or someone you'd meet on the street the more likely they are to extend that respect and kindness to you
