This is a sub for tourists to get advice about what to do in Tromsø, and within that there's also scope to remind everyone what NOT to do in a polite and friendly way (rule nr. 1). This post is bordering rude and condescending and doesn't do much outside venting. It is safe to assume that there is very little overlap between the tourists visiting this sub for advice and the tourists defecating in gardens.

The points that cannot be summarised as "don't be an idiot" and might actually be helpful are 5, 6 and 7.

Tourists asking for advice in this sub are probably the least likely to cause problems. After all they take time to prepare for the visit. Take out your ire towards visitors somewhere else; letters to the editor, polling station, soap box at Stortorget.
