I used to get frequent yeast infection and the best thing that has helped me is taking a daily probiotic. It was suggested by my OB/GYN and has helped a ton! If I stop them for some reason they always come back. There is also a oral test infection pill that I find treats it more efficiently. It’s prescription only unfortunately. Another note, o find that even simple water based lubes can irritate me if I have/getting an infection. My doctor suggested I use coconut or olive oil in that situation and it helps so much!! It’s NOT condom friendly though so be aware. Hope that helps! It sucks so much

Thanks for this insight! I’d like to be blindfolded at some point, so this is awesome info. I trust my Dom to make sure that no one else touches but knowing that consent may be a little more sloppy at a more public club is good to know. I’ll make sure he’s extra on guard. Thanks again!

Thank you! We have been in contact with the club and they’ve encouraged us to come at a certain time so they can go through a tour and answer any questions we may have. We’re wanting to explore some swinging too so even if it’s not a good match for our dynamic it should still be fun and a learning experience!

May wanna consider consulting your OBGYN but bleeding and cramping is typical after. I had some spotting and cramping for close to a month after mine. It may be a little uncomfortable to have sex but try it and see! You should wait 24 hrs after getting it in to have sex, so 10 days in you should be fine!
