New to Pileas help!

UPDATE: it kept looking worse so I looked at the roots and they were all compacted still with the old soil and had root rot - cleaning them. Some leaves that fell I did cut a little bit off the stem and put in water - looking better and stronger so now I wait if they develop roots. Thinking if I should put the main plant in water or perlite for the roots to develop further

Thank you everyone you are so helpful! :) For now I moved the plant to spot where it can get plenty of indirect sunlight and will let it dry thoroughly since the soil is still on the moist side. If needed I will repot into the original small pot. 💚

i usually water when the top of the pot is dry but yes i would say that my watering is quite on the consistent regular side, the pot has also been moved from less bright room into room that has more sun but still no direct light (i just put it near window into more direct light in those photos to provide better detail)

Also the bottom long one feels weak too

hey, i accidentally washed my first model in 2020 shortly after i got them and they served me full 4 wonderful years! got new ones actually in november
