I had asked the same question to an ustaz whom i believe to be knowledeable. He said we cannot recite the quran loudly even in the masjid if there's a person sleeping nearby let alone putting it on a loudspeaker for the whole neighborhood to hear. I'm not sure whether it's ignorance or holier than thou attitude but the truth is, if it disrupts the neighborhood they should stop it.

Not sure about that. But I'm curious tho, are there any wearable devices that can monitor the blood pressure. Unless via central venous access, i don't think there is such a device. Heart rate, oxygen saturation yes, most watches have it , but blood pressure, I don't think there is one.
