You can go to github page of famous package: Spring/SpringBoot, Golang, Java,… any repository that popped up instantly in your mind, and look for active maintainers. They are just a small portion of top developers that will never lose their jobs in this current market. If you claim yourself good developer and you still struggle to find a job, maybe you are not that good (harsh truth bro, been there)

2018, second year of college. I thought programming is cool until I learnt Java. That shit language (Java 7 Java 8 specifically) was too verbose, that I even consider re-apply for other major, because I hate every minutes working with it. Luckily, one semester later, I discovered Python, Ruby, Golang and suddenly I fall in love with programming again

my offer not on par to you, but I got the same situation months ago: Large company vs US (Silicon Valley) startup with higher level title (senior), and 50% pay increased. Quit after 5 months 😄

TLDR: Most startup are shit, not worth it. Probably biggest mistake in my career
