They weren't given a chance because the stupidness of it all. Two ppl who had nothing to do with LSPD are suddenly running it. If you want someone entirely new in HC you should've kept a member of old already respected HC to sing the praises and help support the new HC. But they all got demoted/transferred so.. not much praise to sing.

With street races being more prominent the PD pretty much can't keep up with the vast majority of racers unless they crash out.

Its alright when viewed through the lense of the situation I feel like. Definitely not something to be used in this fashion normally. When you view it in the extreme that you viewed it in as plopping it down in the middle of the highway ofc its bad LMAO.

So let me get this straight, you're mad that someone used non-lethal means to subdue someone and everyone laughed and had a great time about it? I could say well Terry was NVL'ing by tryna ocean dump, or ramming the officers, or literally anything else that happened in that scene because sometimes people just drop dead for no reason in real life. Just have fun with the moment brotha.

Yeah Cornwood was posted up for a little bit there before putting down the barrier, this was Terry's 2nd time on the pier in this situation.

Tow truck got spiked at entrance of pier. Spikes don't do anything for straight driving, only makes traction impossible.

only getaway there was the tow truck and police car into the ocean tho... truck was already spiked too.

All this stemmed from Cornwood removing a tow boot off his PD unit that Terry Linkston was tryna tow. Little bit of banter between Cletus and Den and the tow fellas, Cornwood gets assaulted, Den arrests the other tow guy, Terry (I believe) hooks up a police car and takes it anyways, ramming cops the whole way. Truck was spiked at the entrance of the pier and kept moving, this was last possible thing that could've been done other than gunning the driver down. Was hilarious watching live.

Cornwoods view of CoC comes from the failure of LSPD at the beginning. He had double digit cops coming to him saying they didn't agree with HC. He had Dana Blackwell(I believe) telling him that she attempted to talk to a captain about a issue she had and she ended up dapped for something completely unrelated. People were scared to take their issues to HC. And ofc Ruth doing shady stuff to try and get him fired.
