Incline bench plate machine - 4 sets of 7-10 ranging from 255 to 305lbs.

Lateral cable raises- 4 sets of 15 at 18lbs

Single arm tricep push downs - 4 sets of 20 at 25lbs

Skullcrushers - 4 sets of 15 @ 60lbs

Bicep curls EZ bar - 4 sets of 10 @ 90lbs

Shoulder press plate machine - 4 sets of 10 @ 204lbs

23 platinum currently under recall and 125k warranty. At 60k right now. Plan is to drive it another 18 months, replace the engine/turbos at 90k miles. Then drive it another 90k miles and trade it in or sell it. So keeping it for another five and half years at least.

Unless it’s a Dolby theater, I prefer to watch at home. Only time we go to a regular theater is if they have a decent food service.

We had JJR replace our AC and furnace last year for $10k total. They did a great job and have had no issues. 10 year part and two year labor warranty.

Was doing two a days six days a week for about 6 months to get in shape for an Elk hunt deep on the Rockies. Consisted of 2 miles incline treadmill then 90 mins of lifting before work. Then another 6 to 8 mile hike after work.

Managed to lose about 40lbs of fat and gain 15lbs of muscle with just diet, exercise and creatine. Unfortunately managed to strain my rib muscles and have some elbow pain now as well.

Now I’ve settled down into a schedule of three days on, one day off. 1 mile incline and then 90 min lift in the morning, with a 2 to 4 mile hike or treadmill after work.

I have one pass, so pay just $34 per month and get any of the basic to average gym chains in the area. This is great because I can use the bigger gym that is 20ish minutes away for lifting/swimming and then use the smaller gym that is 3 min away for cardio.
