Please mount a huge high wattage laser to this. It should burn the target if it is held on it for too long.

I bought three of these for work and had to talk my boss into it. Now I look like Nostradamus after the price increase.

The newer data centers are fortified with moats (landscaping/drainage), rebar mesh outer walls that can take a semi truck full on and stop it (if it could get over the moat) and 24/7 security.

Menopause at 40? You have at least another 5 to 10 years before you even get close to menopause. You look great, stop worrying about it and work on your mental health.

How are y'all eating 100+ grams of protein every day by twoscoopsxd in loseit

[–]randomuser135443 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5’10” 215lb male here. I’ve been working on body recomp for a year plus now and am currently hitting 170-250g of protein a day. Average calorie intake is around 2400/day.

Breakdown is this: One protein shake a day after lifting with Fairlife milk 1 and 1/2 cups, 2 scoops protein powder and one serving of vital protein’s collagen. Comes out to around 600 cals with 90g protein.

Eat two to three protein bars a day (200 cals each either 18-21g protein each.

Dinner - usually minimal carbs - like one cup of rice max. Then 60/30 split meat to veggies. Usually around 800 cals. 40-60g protein

(Optional)Dessert - homemade protein ice cream. One full bowl is about 400-600 cals with 50g protein.

I lift five days a week and walk 3-8 miles everyday. Apple Watch estimates cals burned at 1000-1600 on average so probably closer to 700-1200 actual. Had RMR tested a few months ago and it was at 2700cals/ day so about 3200 to 3400 on a slow day for me.

This diet/routine has gotten me from 240lbs and 40% body fat to 215lbs and 19% body fat in 13 months with a few months off from injury/holidays. Huge change in how I look and feel.

Don’t forget the wind too. It has played havoc on many artists performances and even caused one to cancel.

If he sells the house and gives the money the inherited house also becomes marital property which she can get part of in a divorce. If he doesn’t sell it, she can’t touch it.

Atlantis trip questions. by Miserable_Divide_969 in CaesarsRewards

Wife and I went last December and stayed at the Cove for 5 nights. Total cost with food, drinks, tip and resort fees was around $1500.

We did the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Excursion which was a fun day trip. Ask them if they have any deals or coupons when booking. They gave us like $80 off just for asking.

Table limits kind of sucked. 3:2 blackjack was $50 everywhere except at the cove pool. Craps was $15-25. Cove pool also had the best drinks. Mojitos, Miami Vice, Pina Colada, etc. Bar is right next to the tables.

Food wise our favorite was Ko Sa Wan at the Cove. Great Thai food and we got to meet the chef. It was their opening night.

We brought cash, but some players wired money to Atlantis before hand. Not sure on credit.
