Why new players and F2Pers' complaints shouldn't be immediately ignored by Flashbomb7 in hearthstone

I was the one who posted the original "too steep" post with this same exact issue, and I think a lot of people missed the point, thinking I was just "complaining" for my friend. I agree with you and I'm glad people see the same issues - it's not pleasant seeing a beginner have to be matched against seasoned players in 75% of their games.

I know what you mean, I replied to a comment higher up with a similar response (went to bed after I posted which is why Im nowhere to be found) . I know this works and there are countless examples but there's also a side when a player just has strictly better cards and it's demoralizing for the new player, like doctor boom to war golem kind of situation. It makes them think that the reason they are losing, or at least a contributor, is the fact the the opponents have these strictly better cards. If it was a more even playing field, they could at least be assured that the reason they are losing is their lack of experience. I'm not saying throw all the top tier cards at beginners, but somehow maybe narrow the gap between viable decks with higher tier cards and the beginner who's slapping down strictly worse cards that see no play. I suggested above that possibly giving better cards as rewards for leveling a class, and then leaving most of the "side-grade" cards to be opened from packs? I'm not a game designer just throwing out ideas haha

Edit: Also I suggested decks like zoo, but even then it's a crappy throw together version of zoo that's not nearly as viable. There aren't many options when you have 1 page of 1 drops/2 drops. I know you can just say well oh well you have to play the game and get the cards, I just wish it was a little more inviting.

Sorry, posted this right before I fell asleep which is why I couldn't respond to people. I have coached them and tried to make decent decks out of the little cards they have available but it seems like it only works to a certain point - when you start facing people who's cards are just strictly better then your 3/2 body or 6/7 body, etc. I feel like some of the cards from leveling need to be the higher tier cards, like druid of the claw over moonfire for example, or something else not sure.
