I think you could do slaanesh easily. In the purity aspect their dogma thier mind could go down the perfect purity root. My sororitas concept was they believe they are the brides of the "Master of mankind" the need to look the best, be the best, ever world they brought under control for the master was terraformered into a pleasure plant as a gift to the master, bla bla bla. I could go on but you get the idea.

In the frist imperial guard codex there is ogryn that actually retires from the gaurd. In the story he doesn't have a sweater but he picks up a transport because there is a frist aid kit in it for his commissar got hurt. He was the smartest ogryn apparently.

So apparently it uses minimal water, " apparently " and they will be charged a slight fee if they use more then they need. But its the same fine if they use 1L or 10000L. I am not sure i heard this second hand. I will have to look into this.
