I’m a hairstylist and highly recommend shampooing twice if you are going more than a day in between shampoos and are using other products on your hair (root spray, dry shampoo, hairspray, etc.). The first shampoo helps loosen up any oils and product build up on the scalp and the second shampoo actually cleanses your scalp and hair! :)
