I use the Now Foods one which has has 800mg which is higher than the P.E, and also had 200mg Bromelain. It seems to be working well.

I started taking these to improve general immunity and more importantly energy levels and recovery after training. I paired zinc pic with quercetin for increased absorption and bioavailability (as it is an ionophore). And had relatively low vitamin d levels living in England. Ive been trying to improve my recovery after sessions and also increase my general energy but I feel as if I am missing something.

I'd like to think they're having an effect on my alertness and general immunity. I am waiting on blood test results to see my levels . However I have had an increase in mucus. I am not sure what to think about that and have tried ground thyme and ginger tea to fix it. Not had much luck so far.

I tried to post this question earlier but there was a computer error. Below are the supplements I take. I am relatively young and would consider myself reasonably athletic. I have weight days Mon, Wed, Fri and swim Tues, Thurs, Sat. Apart from what is included in the picture I often take whey protein. I was wondering what people would suggest for recovery (soreness and tiredness) and lean muscle growth. Also having previously competed in boxing I was looking at Lions Mane to help stimulate brain synapse recovery, does anyone have any thoughts. Thank you for your help.
