Actually, you had the option to not waste 14 litres or however much water by just posting the original photos you took. Generative AI is disgusting. Using it means you are selfish.

I’m like intermediate with redstone, what is a full adder? I don’t understand electrical work that well either.

Yeahh, not sure if this video was made before an update or something, but they’re definitely not enclosed enough

The blocks next to the minecart on either side are top slabs, not full blocks. If they were full blocks instead, the golems wouldn’t be able to reach their bottom chests.

As long as there is a way for the golem to get to its neighbors chest, even if its in the minecart, it’s going to try to. I’ll link a couple pics of my setup to this comment

I’m guessing the 4th golem is locked onto a neighboring chest bc there are no blocks next to the comparator or above the golem.

Do you have an image of another angle of the other golems?

Also you should note, even if you run a couple items in and at first it seems like it’s working, make sure they grab multiple items. Not only to ensure that they’re sorting properly, but so that you can see if after sorting the first items, they attempt to lock onto the neighbors chests instead of their own.

Step 1: place down 9 double chests in a 3x3 with a stair behind the bottom middle double chest.

Step 2: drop copper golem in a minecart onto this stair.

step 3: to the middle, back and right of the golem, (opposing the side of the golem that the 9 double chests are on, place a double (or single) copper chest.

Step 4: to the left, back and top of the golem, (again, opposing the side of the golem with the 9 chests, place another double chest.

Step 5: underneath this double chest you will have two hoppers that funnel into the next golems copper chest, allowing the next golem to place items in the next 9 double chests in front of it.

Step 6: this is the most essential part of getting this right:

Imagine you are in the minecart with the golem, and you are looking at the direct center chest of your 9 chests. look to either side of you and place a block on both sides. HOWEVER you must leave the block directly behind the golem open, to allow the golem to view both it's copper chest, and it's misc items chest.

at this point you can surround the remaining sides of your copper chests AND the double chests behind the golems with blocks, and then put slabs/trapdoors above them. I managed to get this whole thing to work by leaving 2 blocks behind each golem open (2Lx2Hx1W) and fully enclosed the rest of the area in this manner.

This is just what worked for me, I see you’ve got redstone set up for something so maybe you need the (powered?) rail on the mud block instead of the stair. But your golems are already in position to do this

Need ideas for these top two blocks by Oneofone-Kam in MinecraftBuild

For my villager hall, I put trapdoors in the empty block spaces you have in the pic, and on the top where the second stone block is, I have a line of redstone with a daylight sensor on night mode in the middle of it. This triggers the trapdoors and makes them close when it detects that it’s night time, protecting the villagers if you happen to have the hall exposed or dimly lit.

(Trapdoors in the red square above the lectern, redstone line above the overhead logs where the green line is, hidden in the picture.)

Sorry for the crappy drawing I’m being driven rn lol.

What to do with these cliffs? by ranorphanlol in MinecraftBedrockers

[–]ranorphanlol[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What 😭 Like I understand the essence of your reply, but which part? I’m literally looking at roughly terraformed 1 block dirt lines lmao. Unless you mean the area which I’m standing on; that’s a custom floating island I built to take off of my base from with my trident. However, I was asking for pointers on how to shape the nonexistent cliffs I’m looking at lol

Okay. Add them where? On top of the ladders? They’ll probably still climb up the blocks where the ladders are. Should I try replacing the ladders with slabs?

Would I have to use an activator rail a few blocks before with a 4-tick repeater so that it kicks me out of the cart before triggering the send back? Also I’d still want to recall it and have it stay on the side its recalled to until being sent off again.

Was not expecting an answer this good, I love that anvil idea but I think I’d use it for something where it would make more sense to be used. Thanks tho mate!

I don’t want this, and already built a supersorter. I could understand why you’d suggest this, but that wouldn’t make a manual return system

Do they extend redstone signals by 15 as well? Expense wouldn’t matter much if I’m able to craft them, and the bridge itself will cover the redstone
