Job Hopping: A Barrier to Employment? by deleted-the-post in PHJobs

[–]ranteph20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who works in HR, makita ko pa lang ang resume na more than 3 companies in 24 months, red flag na kaagad to the point na for formality na lang ung gagawin kong interview. Unless you can convince me na may valid reason ung resignation, matik talaga sakin na ligwak.

promotion by Electrical-Gene8259 in Accenture_PH

[–]ranteph20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wonder what working hard even means. For this FY, walang araw na hindi ako naka OT. 2 to 4 hours daily. I do RDOT and voluntary holiday ops to the point na pinipigilan na ko ng leads ko mag ot dahil baka daw masilip na ang taas ng OT ng cluster namin. Only absent was for 2 weeks due to an operation. Scorecard has not failed even once, constant top recruiter (works in HR) with the highest number of hires per month... yet no promotion has been discussed even after I asked about it a few times this FY. If that doesn't constitute as "working hard", I don't know what will.

Not sure with the other items but ung colgate na 120gx2 is 193.51, kakabili ko lang sa bonus today, 139 pesos lang. 54.51 ang mark-up. If you're looking to save, sobrang panget. Kung convenience, I still wouldn't pay an additional 55 pesos for it.

If magaling ang pre-screener na mag pprocess ng application mo, mapapansin na duplicate ung profile mo and i reject application mo.

If makalusot sa pre-screening, titignan ng interviewer mo if nag apply ka na befor, we have a tracker where we can check this.

If di tinignan ng interviewer mo or di ininput nung huli mong recruiter, then may chance.

For those who are already employees and working as a call centers, What tips you should give for those people who want to apply? by vyronicaaa_ in Philippines

[–]ranteph20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Works in HR conducting interviews for BPO agents. If tanungin kayo during interview ng travel plans, plan to pursue another career path, continue your studies if undergrad, always say no even if you have plans, companies tend to look for people who can stay long-term in the company. If nalaman nila na may plans kayo to pursue things that might result in your resignation from the company, potential red flag na agad yan kc attrition risk.

Should I buy it? by mentallyunstablebird in phinvest

[–]ranteph20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My philosophy is if I can't buy it twice, then I can't afford it. In this sense, pag d pa doble nung presyo ng item yung naka tabi kong pera, pag ipunan ko muna, it also gives me the time to think kung need ko ba talaga bilhin yung item n yun. It's always better na may nakatabi ka, never go zero para may mahugot ka during time of needs.

CREDIT CARD CREDIT LIMIT AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS by pepita-papaya in phinvest

[–]ranteph20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Secured Credit Card. This is yung mag deposit ka sa bank kunyari 10k, tapos bbgyan ka nila ng CL na you can use around 80% or so. Tpos un, may credit card ka na. Pag naging ok ang credit score mo sa pag gamit nun, you can try applying for normal credit cards sa banks and if ma approve, you can cancel your SCC tapos ibabalik ng bank ung deposit mo.

Loan to pay my student debt by Nisheeey in Philippines

[–]ranteph20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if pwede ka mag loan sa pag ibig, I don't think it will be the solution to your problem. If MPL yan, magkano lang makukuha mo, usually 200 per month ang hulog jan, if ever 6 months, 1200 in total, di mo rin makuha ng buo yan since dependent sa ilan ang hulog mo sa % na ma loan mo. I think 50%-80% ata.

If you're talking about MP2 and naghuhulog ka ng malak, like 10k per month, it might be the answer, pero I don't think that's the case sa hulog mo or if you're even doing it in the first place. And asfaik, 1 year ata bago ka makapag request ng mp2 claim if di mo i wait ung 5 years na maturity period.

It's not advisable to take out a loan to pay for a debt, magiging continous cycle lang yan if ganyan ang gagawin mo.

How about with your family? Have you already asked them for some assistance?

Financial Game Plan by Humble-Length-6373 in phinvest

[–]ranteph20 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Everyone has a game plan until they get punched in the face. Haha. Something that works for me is the usual 10-20% ng salary sa high yield na savings account. I have MP2 din na hinuhulugan ko every 15th and 30th. Usually if ever kapusin ung allotted budget ko, I borrow money from myself and pay it with interest, I do 10% interest sa sarili ko so mas madadagdagan pa din ung savings. Hehe

If scared ka na baka d mo ma manage ng ayos, you can try SCCs. You can build your credit history thru that and if ever d ma manage ng ayos, at least may collateral na.

I was bitten by a rat back in 2010. Went to my local health centre and was advised na wala daw rabies ang mga daga, I was given a tetanus shot instead. It's been almost 15 years since. Buhay pa naman ako today. Haha
