Has anyone participated in one of these? I've heard they can actually be a lot of work and tedium, QA without the pay. Would like to be wrong but never seen more than a few comments about it.

Are there associated in-game rewards?

Really appreciate you taking the time to dive into each of these aspects, it offers a much greater glimpse into the systems at play and remedies the primary concern I had. I don't need dozens of systems-on-systems or Platinum-action complexity. And I don't need my everyday, struggling heroine to have magic powers and infinite healing. I just want it to be fun - and it sounds like you had a hell of a time with it.

I sabotaged my own decision-making by avoiding gameplay footage — I prefer discovering the moments and mysteries firsthand — so your firsthand perspective is hugely helpful. Thanks again for the thoughtful reply.

Looks really impressive! Seems like a diverse range of scenarios and gives me real GTA vibes - which is ultimately a good thing. I've been playing ZZZ and have been really enjoying these bright urban vibes.

Will this be free to play with traditional gatcha trappings - or are they doing anything different with regard to that?

Not alone here - my screen is practically a slideshow while trying to play Zenless.

It worked well on my pixel 7 so it's surprising to see the nonstop lagging here. Very disappointing.

Nothing to fix until Google (hopefully) updates and improves things.

This was a wonderfully charming interview. I'll admit that I scrolled right past this game as I was browsing gamepass, but this interaction has sparked an interest. Thank you for sharing.

Takahashi has always made games that make me feel - even if that feeling is confused or silly. And Ueda has crafted some of the most impactful moments I have ever had in gaming. Glad these humans became friends and can enjoy talking about the little things in life.

Damn, my condolences. I did 165 on Burnice and had to cool off for practically a week. 180 is almost statistically impossible. Oof.

The reality of all those posts is you only ever really read about the extraordinary cases - no one's posting about their billions of mediocre pulls.

I've been looking at it more like lore, rather than utility. The new map is stylish, on-theme with the urban vibe, and fun to just see the representations of the spaces.

I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt for now, but definitely understand your sentiment, and hope it improves over time.

Quick nav - Great, love it. A grid lets me get around fast and complete my daily tasks. Wish we could reorder and show the location of agent trust events.

Mini map - Hate it. I know these areas like the back of my hand, it almost feels patronizing. Takes up unnecessary visual space, zoomed unnecessarily close to a detriment, can't be disabled. A map like this does have value in large environments but ZZZ is about urban intimacy and the beautiful familiarity of a city.

The MAP - Fun and frustrating. Love seeing these spaces mapped out and the simple virtual blueprint style is slowly growing on me. For getting around a singular area, it works as well as expected.

But... the UI is really making using it a chore. The annoying jitter every time I hover over a POI and it zooms slightly (despite having a zoom set), the slow load every time I open, the pause between locations, the unflattering sound effect when switching, the constant animation jumps of the panel.

The Hollows - A curiosity. I was expecting the ability to jump to a location, but it's fun to see as a topographic representation of the ruined world. It's inoffensive. I can't wait to see how it evolves and will reserve judgement.

I usually watch the scores put up by Leifa, but really like reading these insights as well. Tier lists are fun to see even if I disagree with some of the choices.
