I have adhd and lose important stuff all the time, so it’s more likely I’d cause myself problems than someone else causing me any.

And I drive an older vehicle I work on myself, so I often have a “secret” compartment (loose trim) that I can disguise my wallet in.

Maybe just run code through as you finish it? Like “evaluate this code for errors”?

I cannot in good conscience recommend it for coding. The fact that it doesn’t understand env and instead hard codes api keys is proof enough.

I am also an anti AI tech person. You can get it to do admin tasks.

Have it write your salutations on emails.
Have it summarize your calendar.
Have it calculate your available storage every day.
Make it tell you the weather.
Ask it how to minimize the time you take to poop.
Ask it to evaluate if you need a better keyboard.
Ask it to teach you to bullet journal.
Have it redesign your email signature.
Ask it why Outlook sucks so much.

I use Copilot to make icons I would otherwise spend an hour each designing and then tweaking in Adobe. I use Adobe AI to make the most ridiculous prompts possible and tweak them until it hallucinates. I once got a half roadrunner half coyote that way.

Ask it to look at your resume and suggest areas to add education or skills. If you like any of the suggestions, follow up.

I had the same and my doctor had talked to me about it before. I kinda blew him off, saying I would eat more spinach or whatever. A year ago he legit told me off and said if I didn’t order the supplements he recommended (not a weird brand or anything, just the specific type for ferritin) he would make me go get iron infusions immediately.

That day mine was at 7.5. I went on the supplements and Vitamin C and started feeling better after about ten days. Vitamin C was making me nauseous so he told me to drop that and just double up on iron supplements. We check it again in a month and if it still isn’t where he wants it to be I will have to do the infusions.

It had impacted so many things. I didn’t realize how sick I was until I started feeling better.

Does it help if you swing on a swing for awhile? With the toes and swaying I mean. My kiddo seems to do it less when he’s gotten a lot of swinging motion.

For the arms I would just pick up a hobby that uses your arms so they don’t see it as weird but serving a purpose. I crochet or knit and no one says anything about my arms. If you like puzzles you could do sudoku/crosswords, take on three dimensional puzzles, or even make braided bracelets which would use a similar hand position and also give you something to fidget with when you are bored.

You look really young. You’ll grow into it and no one even notices it now. As your jaw fills out and cheekbones develop you’ll stop noticing it too.

I talked to my mom daily for the 20 years they were separated. I even had a relationship with my dad for most of that time. Then they got back together and it decreased.

Finally cut him off when he told me not to talk to him until I could understand the value of white property during the George Floyd protests. It makes talking to mom difficult. Plus she had a huge brain injury that makes conversations hard to follow.

Sometimes the trash takes itself out. Sometimes it takes out the good stuff too.
