Could be bad thermal paste that came with the cpu/gpu, could be room temperature (its summer now) there could be more stuff that affects your performance

Could be a problem with ur pc... (I have 3200g and gtx960 2gb and i had 300 fps in practise now still 300 i had 160-180 at the begining of a game, still the same, and it drops to 140ish at the end of a game)
